Rated 2 van de 5 door uit Love them but now they don't work! :( I received these as a gift 3 weeks ago. I've really enjoyed them, sound/quality has been great. Yesterday I opened a video to watch on my laptop and it had an issue connecting (I have it paired to my phone and laptop). After this, I could not turn the headphones off, the blue light just stayed on. Couldn't find any info on how to troubleshoot or reset the headphones. Finally plugged them in and that reset them. They worked on my phone for a little bit after, but not my computer. Now today they are not connecting at all or turning on. Super sad because I love these headphones and my phone doesn't have an aux so I can't even use backup headphones :(

Rated 5 van de 5 door uit Great sound and good features But I've had the earphones for 3 months and think they have great sound and wood recommend them to my friends. But, the owners manual doesn't tell you how to tell when the battery is fully charged. I called product support and they couldn't find anything also. I looked for a common asked question area for the headphones but couldn't5 find anything. Could use a good solid answer please.

Rated 1 van de 5 door uit Totaly garbage. Don't buy! Volume too low, It's very difficult to enjoy the music. They falling from ears when you lie down on a bench, doing crunch or just move the neck. The "TwistLock™" is a fail (I try both ear tips and I follow the instruction on the video) it's scratch ears and I have to spend the entire time on the gym trying to replace it. I think JBL have to remove the word "sport" from the package. During last hour of battery the annoying female voice repeat "battery low" over the music every two minutes, this change the effective duration. They are not a really "in-ear", they are just normale earphone with adapted tips.

If you're too far from your Bluetooth device they disconnect and pause playback and then reconnect and continue playback when you get back in range. They charge quick and the charge lasts long with continuous playback. I think I got 6 1/3 - 7 hours out of it.

Rated 1 van de 5 door uit They do actually hurt & fall out. Bought these because I work for Toyota. And Toyota puts JBL speakers in their high end models. Always loved JBL. But these were a total disappointment. They do actually hurt. And they do actually fall out. A lot!

I bought these in late December of 2017 to use them for my upcoming half marathon and for general work-out use, as well as for my metronome (I am a music major, a percussionist, at that). So, I use these just about every day. They do feel great while working out, haven't fallen out while running, and produce sound clearly to me for use of a metronome (which is good because percussion instruments can be loud). But recently, within the past couple of weeks, they'll stop working and won't turn on or off, and they won't connect to my phone or computer. I have to plug them into a power source, hold the volume buttons to reset it (thanks, Google), and then continue whatever I'm doing. This is particularly frustrating because they haven't done this before in only my 3 months of ownership, and if I pause music or take a break from practicing for more than 10 seconds, they will do this, and I have to repeat said process AGAIN. So, in this regard (durability), I am highly dissatisfied. I used gift card money from Christmas to purchase these at Dick's Sporting Goods and would not necessarily like to waste another $50 for this to happen again.

Rated 2 van de 5 door uit quality fell short of my expectations This review is the Yerbud Inspire 500 wireless earbuds: I found the fit is weird, not very comfortable and I'm an average-sized woman. I had to really jam them into my ear and twist it a lot before I could get the "lock" that is supposed to keep it in place. I though the sound was simply meh - not great, but not horrible. I used them for running workouts about three times a week. The left speaker failed after about 6 months' use. I was going to return via the 1 year warranty, but maybe I don't want another set of these earbuds. A loss of about $50, but you have to try a few to find the right one.

Bonjour depuis 5 jours l e voyant reste allumé continuellement même après avoir entendu poser off. Je l3 met en charge il reste blanc . Cela interfère sur la batterie car mes écouteurs ne tiennent plus la charge comment faire ?

Is it possible to also connect this earphone to an 3.5mm audio output? For example, when I'm in a airplane that I can't use the bluetooth, can I still use some kind of adaptor to listen the audio via the USB charging input ?

The JBL Inspire 500 can only be used through Bluetooth and the USB port is only used for charging.

Hallo, ik ben erg blij met de oortjes en ik heb ze nog niet zo lang. Gister op de fiets wilde ik ze verbinden met mn telefoon maar dat lukte niet. Nu krijg ik de oortjes niet meer uit maar de Bluetooth staat ook uit.. Wat kan ik doen?

I have purchased this earphones less than a year ago they were working perfectly fine but now they disconnect all the time and the music sounds terrible like the sound is very acute or high (not volume)

I have a weird issue, I power my headphones on it says "power on", I try to connect, doesn't want to, I press the button, it says "power on", I try to connect, doesn't want to, press again "power on". What is going on here?

How to charge this earphone? can I charge using a mobile charger ? If yes, what is the requirement for input voltage and A, 5V and 2A?

Hi! Yes you may use a mobile device charger in charging your Inspire 500 because it uses a regular 5V 1A or 5V 2A.

Kan het volume van de microfoon aangepast worden? want mensen klagen dat ze mij niet goed horen. Als er 2 toestellen met Bluetooth geconnecteerd zijn dan is er telkens een ruis als je aan het bellen bent en dan op het andere toestel een berichtje is bvb.

Hi Stefaan, Nee, het is niet mogelijk om het volume van de microfoon aan te passen op de hoofdtelefoon zelf. Wellicht is dit wel een instelling op jouw mobiele telefoon zelf.

De koptelefoon laadt niet meer, ik kan het niet meer gebruiken. De USB kabel is nog goed, werkt wel met andere toestellen.
